In part, his (Mr Market's) "herd mentality" often reacts first, asks questions later! (Lately the "pack" on BAY is clearly in a downtrend!)

While gold is evident, (With a lot more on the horizon!) a "Golden Tongue" is sorely missing! The conference call sounded more like a water cooler discussion. Excitement over accomplishments was clearly lacking! Enthusiasm sells!

Just their pay packages would excite me!
