From my vantage point I can see a company that was desperate to get that long over due 43-101 out there. I can remember the constant bashing about "when" and "why" and "they promised it months if not years ago." These reports are very complicated documents with tons of work required to put it together. I don't have time to look it up, however I seem to remember it being it the range of 180 pages. In the haste to include the 007 in the 43-101 they did not have enough data to support proven ounces. Correct me if I am wrong but I think the proven actually went up and it was only the unproven based on the 10 or 12 high grade cores from 007 that went down. Sure they could have sat on this information until they could prove up more ounces, however the TSX listing was also a priority and so the cards fell where they now lay.
