There can be no doubt there was deliberate deception. No management group, however bad, could be that repeatedly incompetent without purpose. There are still a couple of outstanding issues along the same line.

By whom? Find me a corporate release or ad that states that the next resource would be 3MM oz +. A bunch of guys on a bulletin board making guesstimates doesn't count.
