Not knowing what Courtney has or does contribute to the company I am a bit indifferent to his departure. I won't say that I am glad to see him go, however I think it is best for SGR if he is gone. My feelings are that he was too much into the JV and I view that as a conflict of interest. He also did not seem to want to hold any shares in the company and that also created bad will especially when he sold options at the market peak. The question will always be out there, wondering if he knew something. Rick also is too heavily involved in the JV and his focus has not been on SGR for quite some time. Whether it was skill or luck, we cannot deny that they have built a Gold Producer, which is alot more than we can say about many others.
