One controversial item...

A shareholder moved that the board "strongly consider" changing the method of voting for directors, so that votes can be cast for or against individual directors.

Currently the voting form allows either voting for the entire slate of nominated directors, or withholding your vote from the entire slate.

Hugh and various members appeared to be against any such change. But they did vote for the motion... it passed overwhelmingly. I suspect though that they will "strongly consider" such a change, to comply with the motion, and then will reject it, but who knows.
