In order to release results, there has to be a certified signature on the assay results. Typically, there are delays in getting that done when the right person is not available, or labs get busy -- this is not unusual, and the company is somewhat at the mercy of the lab. When George said he expected to release results in a week or two, that would mean he is waiting for the lab to release the info, and then it has to be drafted into a proper news release. I would not over react to a small delay and turn it into a negative on George.
People push hard for any info they can get. Then when an estimate or expectation is given to satisfy the query, they get lynched for any variation from the estimate, even if it is beyond their control. No wonder they don't want to tell anyone anything anymore!
JMHO.
