The attitude of "me first" and shareholders after needs to be addressed. Don't hold your breath though.

The problem is we are only very small shareholders and the big boys are the large shareholders. However, we do know that in the end they too have to answer to "their" shareholders because they want a good ROI. The big boys can only play the game so long.
