As Gord has indicated before, San likes to release news on Thursdays. They are consistent with this one. And, the share price has not reacted positively which is also consistent and quite annoying actually.

Of course it hasn't. Thursdays are generally reserved in the industry to release bad new, in order to minimize the impact. Works the same for good news as well.
