Semantics. You said he is mostly in cash waiting to buy back in. I got the impression you said he sold out and is now sitting on cash waiting to buy back in. If that's not what you meant I'm sorry. All I'm saying is he hasn't sold much of anything that he covers in his newsletter and for $140 a month you can see for yourself.
