Sorry, Deliverator, but US prisons are "overflowing!" An option may be to let the lifers free, exchanging them for bankers and other market "fraudsters!" They could define the act as "Hypoincarceration!" If the crime deserves more than 20 years, a la Enron, "Hyperincarceration!"

IMHO, they do, or have done, in many cases less damage than the lifers they would replace!

The prosecutors, since Spitzer's demise, appear to have been neutralised!
