San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
Remember the good old days when we were primarily an ExploreCo, we would get more regular news releases on the drilling, now that we are a re-start producer, we get minimial drill results and quarterly conference calls that we can't participate in. Even some of the old posters who use to get info from the field don't get any encouraging words to share.
The market is shitty for every one other than the big producers that might be down 20% off their highs, most juniors have been cut in half or more. Euroland, bad politics and recently money flows back to the US$ (now at .80 on us$ index) is making gold "look like" it's top out. Doesn't help when Paulson sells gold to cover other losses or Gartman tries to predict the future. In this enviroment no one has a risk appetite or maybe the cash or credit or balls to invest more into companies like San Gold so a little selling pressure moves the price down more. So here we wait (and hope) that Management comes through on better than forecasted production and a bigger than expected 43101 in the first half of 2012. I heard production over 1,700t/d and grade of .30oz has occured in Nov......sure hope it's true as this market and the MSM has me worn out.
