I'll correct that statement as it is the Compensation committee (made up of independent directors) that determines salary, bonuses, stock options. Was made up of M Power, C Shearer and J McCutcheon. Since the last two resigned as Directors I would expect Stephen Harapiak and Michael Anderson to replace them on the Comp committee.
