George's Bonus

Today George's salary was reported to be $22,055; his bonus was listed as $1,805,828. I was feeling a little sorry for George when I saw the salary, but outraged when I saw the bonus. For what?

Consider the drop in share price from when George took over from Dale or from the AGM. The bonus should reflect the share price change. It went down big time so why did he get a bonus for that?

There is so much about SGR that is out of touch and arrogant, almost as if shareholders do not own this company. Solution: take 1.5M of that 'bonus' and buy some SGR.
