The only catalyst I see is the long awaited resource update. This was promised last spring to arrive at the end of January 2012. With further delays until who knows when, the pattern continues to repeat itself. The consistent lack of accountability is beyond everyone's tolerance level, but the situation will continue unchanged until events unfold on managements timeline. Frustration remains the norm.
