What is even more ridiculous is executive compensation given for poor performance. The sense of entitlement that everyone of these board members and directors feel is their right is appalling. George, you suck at increasing shareholder value since you started with this company yet you and the entire managment group have no problem taking the handouts. Same goes for Hugh and Dale and all the others. Towing the 'industry standard' line is laughable. If they want to increase shareholder value, how about stop diluting the float. I'm sure if an amateur group of 'forensic' observants like this board can figure out that the optics of the most recent insider lottery stink while the sp circles the drain then you guys aren't as bright a management group as we had hoped.
The sp is the only shareholder performance indicator that matters. Perhaps you should explore some possibilities to increase it in a steady and timely manner.
