I'm really unhappy with this news - enough dillution damnit!

What the hell would SGR do if the ability to raise capital were seriously impaired? That's the problem - knowledgable investors know the risk associated with today's market and that we're living on borrowed time. Companies with strong balance sheets and cash flow are attracting investors. Those that continually need to raise capital for exploration or operations are being punished. This is the definition of a "stock picker's market".

SGR is obviously NOT gaining my (or the market's) confidence with perpetual "share printing". The drill results from these monies better be stellar...
