Several speakers suggest greater transparency would go a long way to alleviating these practices.

IMHO, SAN is one of the least transparent mining cos on the globe.

Does that mean there is evidence of corruption? No, although suspician abounds!

Brings to mind the age old saying, "Where there is smoke, there's fire!"
