A class post. I sincerely believe this stock and almost all junior and senior mining co's and stock have been violently and(illegaly(in my opinion))manipulated down.
Really?
In May 2011, SGR had ~280M shares outstanding, fully diluted. Today, that number stands at ~343M. That's a dilution of 22.5% in less than a year. In the same time frame SGR's share price has gone from ~$3 to the $1.38 we see today.
In the mean time, gold has gone from ~$1575/oz to ~$1640, or an increase of ~4%. Essentially no change.
What the market is saying is that it thinks SGR will print more shares faster than it will make money.
Hard to argue with that.
