Sadly they missed the Ball on this one, I think. It does nnot depend on what is legal, but how it is perceived. I am sure the report signed off on by Dale (and he made clear the fact that it was his team of about 20 Geo's and Engineers who actually did it) is true. However it depends totally on how the Market perceives it. And SGR's statements have become somewhat suspect.

Perception is everything: otherwise our share price would be higher.
