San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
The shareprices are the same but the market caps aren't and neither are the assets. We are getting the shaft, no pun intended, if it goes 1:1 on sp. And wtf do we have a market cap of $300 million while lower grade higher cost operations like LSG have a $375 million price tag and RMX tilts the scale at $900 million?
The RMX 3x valuation is the real shocker and if I didn't think SGR and LSG were being set up for a merger I think the sp's of both LSG and SGR would be equal to RMX's.
Just as the same perps bang the close everyday on these 2, they also control the shareprice. With 675 million shares collectively outstanding and tradeable between SGR and LSG how can this week's closes be explained other than pure manipulation?
