I heard one of the presidents of an investment company on BNN ...don't remember name...but he said their company had been shorting SGR for well over a year...my point is we have no idea how many shorts have been played on SGr..and I doubt the exchange even cares...unfortunately the shorts are and have been rigging the market...they short it then run the promote the stock down...until enough of us ask enough questions it will continue....it is a sad state of affairs...but if we knew the real impact of speculators making $$ off ligitimate investors from gold prices to oil prices to targetting companies vulernable to shorting I believe we would be shocked...I doubt that the reported shorts would represent 10% of the real activity that takes place..in manipulating the prices of some of these companies.JMHO.
