COUGAR MINERALS CORPORATION - AMENDMENT

Cougar Minerals Corp. has released an amendment to its news release previously issued on July 24, 2012, announcing its offerings of units.

The private placement will be repriced after the consolidation of company shares which shareholders approved at the last annual and special meeting on March 29, 2012.
