they would be using 500 tpd from the stockpile of low grade ore.

Why would this ore be low grade ore. I am assumeing it would be typical of what they are mining everyday. Maybe that is why the head grade has gone up to 6gpt. They have a months worth of mine production to supplement the mill so the low grade developement stuff can be left aside. Just a thought.
