Maybe the boyz at Merrill Lynch should have talked to the boyz at Credit Suisse before hand then maybe they could have gotten in front of the other stink bids. Props to those who got some at 0.64.

It doesn't pass the smell test as far as I'm concerned but I'm pretty sure no regulator is going to investigate as it was probably all done according to the rules.
