represents a decrease of GCICL’s position in San Gold by 0.81%, on an undiluted
basis, as at November 30, 2012."

backing out the numbers:

1,406,400/.81% = 173,580,247 shares

41,625,000/12.42% = 335,145,000 undiluted

GCICL then controls 52% of the total undiluted float.

Is that correct ?, seems high
