..so let's say Bay St. consolidates San 5 to 1 . Going forward San would look more respectable at $ 2.00 possibly writting a $ 2.00 debenture...say for 50 million shares giving San a $100 million to play with only a 110 million shares ( after cons & deben ) and Bay St. pin stripes yrs of keeping the lights on..without prejudice Traps7
