Well, with today's news the picture obviously changes. $50M @ .50 = 100,000,000 new shares, plus an additional 15% for the underwriters = 115,000,000.

Adding this to the current float of 335,260,029 you get 450,260,029 shares outstanding. This is a 33% increase in float!

Dividing this into the current market cap of $130,751,411 gives you a share price of $.29.

With this new float, SGR would trade at $1.66 if it were to get halfway back to its peak market cap ($1.49B).

I'm sure everyone who bought into gold did so because of central banks printing money like crazy. Uncle Ben could take some pointers from SGR as they are printing shares like crazy. OUCH.
