At ~95$, the $57.5 million will take about 600,000 shares traded to clear inventory. 400,000 if Goodman wishes to keep 1/3 for his various network.
I would say today's trading so far is encouraging and when you consider it is trading for almost full value minus underwriter's fee and 8% rate, the share price could get back to the 50 cent conversion rate pronto.
