looking at the last Notice of Annual General Meeting back from June 2012:
from page 19 & 20: "The employment Agreement of Mr Pirie provides that the employment of Mr Pirie may be terminated by the Company without cause at any time upon payment of two years' annual compensation to Mr Pirie. Two years' annual compensation includes two years of Mr Pirie's base salary then in effect as well as a bonus equal to 150% of the base salary amount. Mr Pirie's current salary is $400,000 per annum"
From page 16: If he was still employed he would "be eligible for a bonus as determined by the Board in its sole discretion"
If they terminate him he GETS a bonus, get real !
$2,000,000 !!! if no cause for dismissal, UNREAL, they better have had cause.
The Board of Directors agreed to this when Pirie was hired ! UNREAL
