Not just for SGR but for many stocks where there is no disclosure on short positions.
When an analyst/talking head makes comments about a company, they should have to disclose whether or not they are short on that company, not just do they or own through funds, family or personally.
That would give the private investor more knowledge as to the motivation of some analysts.
