SGR vs. WEL

I hold both these companies.......can SGR really be worth only 2.5 times WEL?

Obviously there will be a consolidation for SGR - the only two questions are when it will be and what the ratio will be.

Any opinions on what happens when they consolidate? I have a feeling it will conitnue to tank at least until the third quarter. Hopefully then they meet target and the POG recovers.
