My understanding is SGR Management found an Institutional investor who decided to buy on the open market. Don't know if it was a new investor or if they just increased their position.

I agree, basically we need more big buyers, the retail folk are F'n exhausted of waiting for gold to rise and for several years waiting for our Management group to deliver on ounces, grade, bottom line cash flow, drilling success, resource size etc

The other issue is our Management group doesn't believe in issuing much news as they believe retail investors use it to trade some of their shares. Big deal, information and news releases provide us with "hope" and a reason to hold our core holding, a little trading keeps one interested and provides more volume on the exchanges which is healthy. For years they said they would provide more news releases to us shareholders, that was just cheap talk as they never did. The only times they were interested in providing news releases were during Dale's time as CEO which is when they needed to raise funds to build out the mine and pay for the big drill programs.

The lack of drill news and "exciting" drill results in 2011-2012, failed production targets, hurt us big time on the DB financing (low conversion of $.50) compounded by the fact they waited to long (into 2013) to actually do the raise, thanks George, you A hole.

These guys have tripped over their own feet so many times in recent years I can't believe I'm still a big retail shareholder clinging onto....... basically just hope !
