Your questions make no sense to be asked here, we can't answer them and we probably don't care either.

If you want answer get off your a$$ and go ask the board, If they aren't answering you, they are probably wise.

If you really want the answers go for a trip to bissett and lobby for the answers. Once you get them (if anyone is as foolish as me to respond) then feel free to share with us the answer.
