San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
alimak and long whole drilling are not the answer for chasing a high grade vein......too much dilution and missiing of high grade sub veins that take off strike going either parallel to the main vein and/or going into the footwall and or hanging wall.....prior to sangold shrinkage stoping was the prefered method of mining.....slower method of extraction with a long delay between breaking the ground and final recovery of the oz's......net result higher grade muck is recovered...........i am not sure that any of the areas are able to convert to to this more selective mining method......as development commitements have already been made
anyways i have heard that the new contractor is not working out....yes they came in with a more competitive price but their performance is not up to snuff......they will be gone.....so does this mean that development will be done by sangld personnel and/or others?.....or is development being curtailed/stopped in order to save capital.......either way desparate times call for desparate measures
and desparate measures are required with regards to drilling......has anyone ever been able to figure out what we are paying per foot?.....is it competitive?.....i hate sh...ting on a fellow shareholder namely wynne drilling.....but this is an incestuous relationship...and is not transparent to me.....with all drilling companies having tons of equipment sitting idle you would think that a better price would be available to sangold.....yes yes i know mr. wynn is not taking advantage but how do we know that?
i do not give a rats behind who gets hurt in the preservation of capital.....all i know is that if we run out of capital we might as well close the place down......no money no funny honey as my mother used to say....and at my age i do not look forward to living up to my wifes suspicions that i was the village idiot
