I think it won't be necessary. Imo, small producers like San Gold are about to go parabolic if they can weather the current storm and too many cooks or decisons by committee won't work. Gold is about to hold every major central bank accountable for their fiat debasing antics. San Gold is being responsible and applying the age old basics of mining. Running high grade when the gold price is down and lower grade development ore when the price goes up hence the lower grade stock pile they now have. My belief is there is a little more lower grade development to be done once the price moves higher to get at some higher grade areas at which time the perfect production storm will hit. Respectable analysts like Martin Armstrong, David Bensimon, Mark Leibovit and now Don Coxe are calling for a much higher gold price by 2015-2016 based solely on a major US$ devaluation. Just have to stay solvent and alive until then.
