If they were to buy, it would be the assets in the Rice Lake area. COU has other assets that they would want to protect, and need cash for to help them develop.

That would be the only reason by both sides to get something done.

Investing on COU would be a diminishing investment unless they were to participate in any future offerings by COU.

Not sure that is in the best interest of the shareholders of SGR.
