If Sprott exercises their warrants they will have over 10% of the company so they are booking some losses.

Just curious guys, why is having over 10% ownership an issue?

AFAIK, if an investor owns over 10% of the outstanding shares they must disclose it. I fail to see why this is negative.

Am I missing something?
