They trade at .o25 and just recently purchase american bonanza which I am familiar with having lost a bundle on them because they could not produce at the grade they were stating (sound familiar). Someone seems to be dumping all the crappy mines into this company. They have a billion shares outstanding without this transaction so for sure a consolidation is in the works. Does not look good for shareholders of sangold.
