the head grade in the next quarter should be higher as they theoretically will have processed all of the lower grade stockpiled and or coming from mine headings(that are not being mined due to low grade)....they are now high grading.....pray to the gold gods for a much higher price...you can only high grade for a while....eventually you run out and you either find more or you shut the place down......if you think its the shitz now just wait til the the ship hits the fan when you are left with rock to mine....
