It probably depends on how the Funds did. If they have a bad year they will hold on to the stock if they had a good year they may want the tax loss and get them to consolidate. Every consolidation I have seen does not usually work out well for the small investor as the stock price drops after consolidation and increases the amount they can write down on there books. I would say to consolidate or not is not in the hands of San management to decide.

As Mark Twain said " A gold mine is a hole in the ground with a liar at the bottom" of coarse I think he was joking.
