Greg Gibson somehow reminds me of the character Bill Starbuck in the movie The Rainmaker. He is the man who promises the people of a small town beset by drought that he can make it rain for a hundred dollars. The only thing is I can't remember if he makes it rain or not. I guess we will find out!
