I am in favour of the merger but not in favour of the consolidation. I have never owned a stock that did a consolidation and ended up doing well. It upsets me that Gibson specifically said he was not in favour of an SGR consolidation after the merger when he spoke on the last conference call. It does say to "consider" it not "approve" it. So maybe it's not a sure thing.
