I hope there are enough votes at the meeting to squash the merger. IMHO 1 kerr share for each sgr share. This will help keep the float down and less of any future consolidation.

Before any takeover is done we should have an audit of the NAV of both companies. This scheme of using the market cap just does not fly with me.
