I was lucky. I bought 100k of Kerr @ .05 thinking it would become 300k SGR after the merger. On the day the termination was announced I managed to sell my Kerr @ .07. I also tried to contact SGR via email and never heard back. GG seems positive. I hope he can pull the rabbit out of the hat!
