I just talked to Greg Gibson re: the 'Offer' and my fears have been squashed somewhat. The situation appears to be what I hoped, part of the ongoing struggle to 'save' SGR. He did mention that he would be back at Rice Lake Monday (tomorrow) and that he would answer calls at the number above.

He mentioned that the goal is to List on Vancouver and that it would take 60 days to sort out whether SGR could be saved. He also emphasized the fact that shareholder value is of great importance to him (as to all of us) and that things are going along basically as planned. It is still up a slippery slope but at least not totally over and still not totally without hope.

I was worried when I saw the info but that is gone. We are still where we were, in tough but not done.
