It was a short call, just as he and his wife were about to enter a restaruant in Florida. It was noisy but he was cordial and apparently forthright. I did not ask about Kerr, which I meant to, but he did say he would be available for a call in Bissett tomorrow morning.

The best thing I got from the call, though it was quick with few details, was a small sense of relief, which I needed. I just needed to know it was not over, and he did stree that protecting the stockholders is of huge importance.

So someone call him tomorrow!
