Personally I think that WEL made a great deal for WEL at the time. WEL can't be everywhere and able to finance its operations on all of the land packages they have. The ability to get some financing and leverage that into exploration on some of their other properties is in the best interest of the SH.

Now the trick is to pick something that they have a chance to develop or turn into a 'great' discovery that will move the SP out of the basement, and just get er done.

MMU can help pay for this in the next 5 years, and hey if TRAPS is right and I think he is, those hinges are going to be running right to the Pound and MMU should be able to get value for the property and so will WEL.

Just takes time, 5 years of time to be exact.
