..i have set up Power of Attorney over my accounts. One must set up infact two different POA on your TFSA as one POA will allow me to trade in my wifes and children accounts and the POA for death which i am joint ,means the account will not be frozen while the estate is settled. I suggest this a must to do as your account could be frozen for a long period of time and the market could drop in the mean time. Traps7
