I do not know the full process involved with moving from the Venture to the Big Board but looks Champion Minerals is on the way there..
60, 362,497 shares issued and trading today up $0.04 on small volumne @ $0.91 per share.
CHAMPION MINERALS INC. ("Champion" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CHM)(FRANKFURT:P02) is pleased to announce that it has obtained conditional approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX"). Champion shares will trade under the TSX trading symbol "CHM". The listing is subject to the Company fulfilling certain requirements of the TSX in accordance with the terms of its conditional approval letter dated September 2, 2010. The Company is actively proceeding to satisfy these requirements and upon obtaining final approval, the Company will issue a further press release indicating when its common shares will commence trading on the TSX. Champion will remain listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
