Yes, that's certainly possible. Please bare in mind that I don't really know much about the environmental group except to say that they took notice of Simba's development along the coast , and wrote an editorial about it. Doing my goggle dd , I happened to find the editorial and decided to post it as relevant to the stock. Exactly how much sway they can have in preventing Simba from getting a PSA at this time is anyone's guess. Perhaps none at all . But also notice that the same government agency NOCOL, that granted Simba it's reconaissance license a year ago, is, I believe , now deciding on the PSA. I take that as a modest positive, but only time will tell for sure. Good luck to all
